EMAP Consultant Lee Ann Briggs to participate in Energy Policy Panel

The American Clean Energy and Security Act commands attention of all industries as it sets a new course for energy and climate policy. On Thursday July 30 2009, EMAP consultant Lee Ann Briggs will participate in a panel with other local business and community leaders on what small businesses can do to reduce energy costs and emissions.
 

EMAP holds press conference with Philadelphia Korean Drycleaning Association

The PKDA held a special press conference to inform the Korean drycleaning community about a free and confidential service available to them.

Bill Dunagan from the Environmental Management Assistance Program spoke at the PKDA's press conference this week. He explained the functions of the program, which offer free help to those with regulatory questions or concerns. This service is available to help with regulatory permitting questions, and is entirely confidential.

This is of particular value to this community who often faces language barriers as well as confusion with the various regulatory requirements of their business.
