PDCA sponsored a meeting with the Korean Drycleaners Association of Philadelphia to help bring more cleaners into compliance. The May 14 meeting was organized by government relations vice president Dale Kaplan, who gave background information and moderated. KDAP Jason Kim translated and assisted in the meeting.
The speakers included Bill Dunagan from the Environmental Management Assistance Program, EMAP. He explained the functions of the program, which offer free and confidential help to those seeking to come into compliance.
